  1. Chris says:

Some sort of cherry or crabapple tree? (I don’t want to cheat via Google.)

  2. Heather says:

It looks to me like it might be a Callery pear (my favorite of the commonly-planted NYC street trees!) but I’m not sure.

    Is it an Applewood Tree?

  4. Thomas says:

I was thinking it was a dogwood.

  5. Jonathan says:

    It IS a tree!

  6. Gantz says:

    flowering dogwood

  7. Geri says:

    It is not a dogwood… I think it’s a crabapple. Or some flowering fruit tree… maybe pear? I don’t know!!! }:0)

  8. harry says:

    appleblossom

  9. Robert says:

I too believe that’s a dogwood tree. I believe it’s the state tree of Virginia.

  10. April Gould says:

Some sort of apple….dogwoods have larger flowers I believe.

  11. Jenn says:

looks like some sort of Cherry tree

  12. KC Priya says:

    I HAVE A DOGWOOD..NOT A DOGWOOD!

  13. Jane says:

    yoshino cherry

  14. Robert says:

Definately not a dogwood…..based solely upon my BS Forestry 1974. And I should really know, I took the Tree ID course twice to make sure I knew it all. An ornamental fruit tree…..cherry or such……which is worthless within a commercial pine plantation (deep south) forestry education. Besides, isn’t “Pretty” the correct label?

  15. Alicia says:

looks like plum blossoms to me.

  16. Steph says:

    Bradford Pear

  17. Karen says:

Applewood – I’m pretty positive it’s an applewood.

  18. Josh says:

I would say either plum blossom or cherry blossom (looks exactly like the ones in Japan).

This is a fairly late response..
