What a great idea! Need those at my college. They look similar to the tornado shelters here in TN. Tornado shelter/bike locker/napping area (as suggested by Katzien).

  5. Marylou says:

They have them all over long beach, california… we need them lol

  6. neilson says:

    They’re plentiful in Oregon.

  7. Jeff says:

what, and no “Modified Baby Stroller walk-about thingamajig” locker? Ba Humbugg

  8. Robert says:

That’s a norm, you’ll run into a ton of them all over Portland. Mainly along all 4 Max Train Routes.

  9. Andrew in VT says:

As a bike commuter I think this is a great idea. But the snowplow drivers must hate them. Any signs of plow damage or salt corrosion?

  10. Stephen says:

Similar lockers are all over CA, especially at the train and subway stations. Most of the ones I have seen are silver boxes that resemble oversized school lockers though!!! This one looks much nicer!!!

  11. 'gina says:

    great idea

  12. Craig Anderson says:

I saw these years ago in some major city I was travelling through, but they were plastic, and the doors had been removed. A local told me that drug dealers were using them for drop-off points, so they had to be dismantled.

  13. JaeInSa says:

We have these in San Antonio, TX. Although I’ve only seen them at the VIA (bus) Transit Centers.
