And once again…is that a Mountain Dew can on the side of the road?!!!

    • Jeff says:

yea that’s the ticket. Mountain time in a couple ways. nice catch Jessie. Love toy story.
Nice shot Matt. Talented, yes, I say. Next goal? Montana?

      • Jeff says:

ps…would have been nice to see a video of you turning your clock back one hour. Hope you don’t get “walk” lag.

      • Jim in AR via MN says:

Theodore Roosevelt National park…and the North Dakota Badlands…that’s next…

  2. katzien in austin says:

Alright!! Do we get to see mountains soon? How are you holding up so far? We’re all here cheering you onward!

  3. Jessica says:

I live in NYC, but am originally from ND. Seeing my home state each day through your perspective has been awesome! Makes me a bit homesick.
Have you noticed how people put “for” in front of adjectives? As in, “Oh, for cool!” or “Oh, for neat!”
Best of luck in your travels!

  4. Being from Idaho, I am quite a fan of the Mountain Time Zone, welcome my friend.

  5. Yeosaph Ferguson says:

The mountains are still weeks away.

  6. Jeff says:

Weeks for some….days for Matt…..5 days till triple didgets….hopefully not the weather.

  7. Rod Norris says:

Did that guy just throw that can at you? lol

  8. Rhonda says:

Wow, Matt! You’ve come a long way. I am incredibly impressed!! I love to walk too, but I don’t think I could do what you have!! Always checking on you..stay safe!

  9. John Shea says:

    Matt:
Are there stats anywhere on the site?
    How many miles thus far?
How many in an average day?
    Mostly paved roads?
    Do you walk facing traffic?
How far ahead do you map out your route?
Sorry of these are answered elsewhere on the site.
    John

  10. Roe says:

He is already at about 2,400 feet above sea level, the “high plains”.
