    Cute. But I don’t think of Parrots as being loose in a city.

      Here in Caracas, we have an astonishing quantity of parrots loose on the streets. Some people say that you find more here in the city than in the countryside (don’t know if that’s true), since ironically they find a more friendly environment than in the wilderness where they have more predators. Obviously, unlike N.Y. Caracas is a tropical city.
