One of my favorite sights (and sounds) in the world! (Although my camera can't do it justice.)
I'm walking across America.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out. If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania. You can read all about the details of my trip if you're so inclined.

I now live in California and everyone talks about the ocean sounds, I grew up and Colorado, and the sound brought back so many memories of the summers in the Rockies.

I enjoy the sound of wind through the trees as well, but I still think the sound of natural running water is the best!
I haven’t heard wind through aspens since a trip through Colorado over 30 years ago when I heard it for the first time. Thanks!!!
1st time for me – no Aspens in AL – at least not that I know of – Lovely – especially hearing the bird song in the midst.
