Day 74
More railroad ruins
June 8th, 2010
I'm walking across America.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out. If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania. You can read all about the details of my trip if you're so inclined.

Another winning photo, and a good catch. It won’t be long before this ruin is no longer visible at this time of the year.
Again Karen is Spot on,,,, but there is a moral or two in this photo as many….(pardon the religous thougts if you want) ..Seek and you Shall find. There is so much out there..you just kinda have to look as you pass. I am amazed. Peace matt. Yesterday looks beautiful, Hope today brings yu the same….and I look forward to tomorrow’s set of your journey. I suppose it is safe to say – we all wish you safe passage today and everyday. Rockaway beach or bust (is it halfway yet??}
Sometimes those unique “windows” in the woods can’t be seen by those whose focus is on the forest, rather than the trees. Good eye… nice catch!
