That is a fertilizer tower. The fertilizer is loaded from the building on the left into the ‘leg’ to the left of the tower & deposited into bins in the tower. Then an operator loads a mixer from a control panel in the building on the right & they drive a fertilizer spreader etc underneath the tower & the mixed fertilizer drops in & they drivey away to spread it onto a field. Dry fertilizer, not manure. (as it’s portrayed on TV).
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.

Right on. Urea, potash, Dap. I used to drive Fertilizer tenders back in the day. 4 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week!
