@Karen Too,
You found it! This doodad is indeed related to ROLLAG & too the website you found! Rollag, MN is the home of Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion…and my hometown. (I designed that website! w00t!) It’s one of the biggest steam history shows in the world. Stop by if your ever in the area around Labor Day Weekend!
On another note: Nice to meet you last night Matt! Thanks for stopping by and humoring my friends & I. Safe travels on the rest of your journey! And remember the hot springs by Lolo…southwest of Missoula if your passing through. :)
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.
You can read all about the details of my trip
if you're so inclined.
I’d like a ride please sir….
Based on the sign at the top (Rollag or Bust), I’m guessing these (or at least this one) are related to this event:

This one gets my vote, too.
By the way, what is that large, white, round tank in the flower bushes? Is it a propane tank, and sitting in the driveway?
it is a propane tank and yes this is at Western Minnesota Steam Threasures Reunion.
Thanks, courntey. Seems a strange spot for the tank.
The peddle car on top, if it weren’t so weathered, would probably be worth some good $$

Small world. Thanks for the feedback, and nice job on the Web site.
I wondered what happened to my old peddle car!
I use to have a pedal car like this one, when I was in kindergarten. Oops, there goes my age.
