I'm walking across America.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out. If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania. You can read all about the details of my trip if you're so inclined.

Is he supposed to be a modern version of a scarecrow? If that’s a propane tank, what is it doing out there in the middle of the field? Maybe it’s a junkyard for odd items? There appears to be a thrasher, or some piece of machinery, to the left of SpongeBob.

hey guys, my fellow followers of our bud Matt, I have an answer to the sponge bob rake thing. I have a 14 almost 15 YO daughter who loves everything squarepants, and when I blew the pic up for her, I realized and she knew that the thing in the right hand (left for him) is a jelly fish catcher. Anyone who really knows spinge boboknows that he and patrick go jellyfish hunting all the time. that’s pretty pitiful for a 46 YO woman, but my kids are the greatest and my daughter is definitely enjoying the posts.
He looks ready to catch some jellyfish! Ohhhhhh….Who lives in a pineapple under the sea…
HEY! If you enlarge the picture at FLICKR you can see a JELLY FISH to the right of SpongeBob!
And a fishing cork to the right of the Jelly Fish!
He’s since been seen washed up near Louisiana, covered in oil. Patrick has yet to be found.
