I'm walking every street in New York City.
This is the counterpoint to
my walk across the US. Instead of seeing a million places for just a minute each, I'm going to spend a million minutes exploring just one place. By the time I finish walking every block of every street in all five boroughs, I'll have traveled more than 8,000 miles on foot — all within a single city.

Your donations allow me to keep walking full-time. If you think what I'm doing is valuable and you'd like to offer some support, I would be very grateful. On the other hand, if you think I'm a worthless bum, feel free to email me and tell me to get a job, bozo. Both are excellent options!
hmmm that’s interesting
These love locks all over the place, perhaps most famously (or, quite famously) in Paris.

Bolt cutters.
Every day, something new to learn!
Love locks… thanks for Wiki link!
People are amazing, especially lovers!
I learned something new too!! Never heard of this before! How cool!
Santa gave my husband and I love padlocks for Christmas and they now locked” on the bridge across a small stream on Kampa Island in Prague! While we were “locking our love” we heard some giggles behind us and a young couple were “happily” watching and offered to take our pictures with our camera. We have been married 40 years now! P.S. My husband threw the keys away, so we are really and totally locked in Prague!
Wait, I could have put a love lock on a bridge when I was in Cologne?!!? Darn it. I think I crossed that bridge when I was there too. I had no idea about this until now. Guess I’ll have to find a more local bridge and put a love lock on it.
I remember the singer of “Sunglasses at Night” (Corey Hart) wore a bracelet with a padlock. I think his girlfriend gave it to him to show his fans he was taken.
I have never heard of love locks. Our 50th anniversary is coming up in June, think we’ll just have to do that!
THere’s a town in Nevada on Interstate 80 named Lovelock with a love lock spot!
