Priscilla’s quilt workshop
June 1st, 2010
I'm walking across America.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out. If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania. You can read all about the details of my trip if you're so inclined.

Wow that’s quilters heaven! I agree with the others, it would be very cool to see a picture of your mom with the quilt!
That is some workshop. I’m a big fan of workshops in general. Does she have a giant table on which to spread out/work on the quilts?
Does she ever have quilting bees?
What an amazing space. Reminds me of the phrase “the job is only as big as the tools”. How wonderful she gave you a quilt, what a thing to treasure.

I can certainly relate! A quilter can never have enough fabric or thread! Wonderful studio!!! I’m anxious to see the quilt.
AWESOME!!! I quilt, as well, but my workspace is the dining room table after I clear the crafts, homework, and dinner from the kids off. I can only dream of a workshop like this! I want to come play in Pricilla’s room!!
