Whether in its regular or diet incarnation, Mountain Dew is apparently western Minnesota's favorite type of soda can to throw out of a moving vehicle. In fact, I've seen even more Dew cans than beer cans littering the side of the road!

Thanks to Adam (second from right) for inviting me to stay at his place, taking me out for a night on the town, and being an extremely generous host. And thanks to everyone else, pictured or not, who came out to celebrate with us. It was great to meet you all!

After returning to Moorhead for the night, I made my official border crossing this morning.
