He was the first big internet car sales biz. Isn’t he the biggest dealer in the world or something like that because of the internet sales? Dave died a few years ago and his son now owns & operates the business.
Correction : Dave Smith died about 17 years ago in a boating accident in North Idaho on Lake Ponderay and his Three son’s now own & operates the business.
I didn’t realize he had passed. I think I vaguely remember checking out the website when I first starting using the net back in 99 or so, since I needed a car, in the end I bought from here in Montana, but still drove all the way to Missoula, may as well have gone to Kellogg
This almost looks like the mountains of West Virginia to me. Does this dealership only sells one kind of truck? He sure does have enough of them. Must be a popular truck out that way.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.

You can read all about the details of my trip
if you're so inclined.

His lots might fill the town of Kellog, But his ads over run Television and Radio spots across the Northwest!!!

Three sons… did not know that. I remember his death being a boating related accident.
My Three Sons. Remember that old show? That’s what your remark made me think of. Sorry to hear about their dad though.

Interesting picture of the trucks – Looks almost like one of those repeating mirror reflection images – to infinity and beyond!
P.S. Matt, I can see your legs and feet!
An interesting story from a car lot…whoda thunk it?
