I'm walking across America.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.
You can read all about the
details of my trip

Here's my progress so far:
You took this pic around 8:24 pm local time just around sunset I guess. Sky still very light and clear. I was hoping to see some birds roosting on the power lines ..
looks like a tick tac toe board in the sky…
No, more like an empty Sodoku waiting to be filled in. ;-)
: ) katzien good to hear you again. Seems like you’ve been gone a while or is it just me not seeing your posts?
I missed a few days checking in here and there and have been playing catch-up. A few pesky projects at work got in the way of my Matt-time. Grrr. ;-)
Our days last a pretty long time around these parts. At the end of May/June, it doesn’t get dark until after 10pm!! This boggles the mind of my family who all live in SoCal. :)
It does boggle our minds! Because doesn’t that only happen in, like, Alaska or Antarctica or something? *ROFL*
Love it, love it. Keep shootin’…and walkin! Best photoblog I’ve seen all year.
Number 5 is alive!!!
Surely this is a power grid. Tic Tac Toe..anyone
Ah ah ah ah Stayin’ alive, stayin’ alive, ah ah ah ah STAYIN’ ALIIIIIVVVVEEEEE!!!!!!
are you hustling me there Dorinda?
LOL !!! Well you are in Joisy ain’t ya? Isn’t that what you do there? No, I would never actually hustle anyone.
Mondrian returns!
love this snap given me an idea
quite the collection of wires there. I like the ideas so far, tic tac toe, soduko. I think it’s really cool looking but wouldn’t want to be the one to go up and fix any of it! lol.
