Beautiful family! Wow, 100 years? That’s awesome that they’ve kept the place in the family that long. Harold looks like one happy dog! Way to go family!
As a beagle owner myself, i have to say Harold is a handsome dog united with a beagle worthy family.
What a beautiful family, and love learning about the house/bonanza farms.
It’s always a pleasure to see the faces of the people you meet along the way, Matt, and especially of the ones that give you shelter.
Matt’s mom never forgets to say thank you, either. Sweet.
SHHHH…cant see the picture at work. They blocked it…..will have to wait till I get home. Matt your adventure has made work a much happier place… God (if you believe in him) is giving many blessings to those whom give shelter, food and kindness….to Matt and anyone else who needs it … It is all he/she asks.

Right!? I grab my coffee and catch up with Matt each morning at work, then I check back in the afternoon during my hot tea break. Makes the day go by. ;-)

I believe that this house is special. I cannot tell you how many people it has taken in over its lifetime, from hobos off the train, to taking in extended family members, to special people like Matt that randomly stop by. “If these walls could talk…” I bet the stories would be amazing.
