It’s like cocktails without the fun!

I'm walking across America.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out. If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania. You can read all about the details of my trip if you're so inclined.

The usual? That is funny.
When I was a kid, mixing various sodas back then was called making a “suicide.” Given the BK menu here, it appears that they have adopted this as a business model. Wow.
Karen, I almost lost the last bit of my coffee while reading your comment! I grew up calling them suicides as well, and now that I work in the Public Health/Health Promotion field, I agree with your assessment of BK’s menu wholeheartedly!

My teens call it a ‘suicide’ these days. Confuses most folks – glad someone else knows the term.
I’m pretty tame I guess – I go for Fruitopia with a hit of Sprite.
My favorite when I worked at Carl’s Jr years ago was a half-and-half combo of root beer with orange soda. It tastes like those orange dreamsicle ice cream things. Really it does – try it!
I love that they are publishing my personal combo (Coke & Sprite)!! I have never called it anything, but someone once told me to call it a “Spoke”, now I know there is another name for it “Black and White”!!
