I'm walking across America.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.

Here's my progress so far:
I love the silhouette of your hat!! Too cute!! Glad it’s sunny for you.
Looks like you’re not the first to go around. How peaceful it must be out there!
Matt, you are on the truly scenic route today, hope you packed good bug spray.
Hope there aren’t any snakes in there!!!!
sssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ssssnakes like sssssssuprisse attacks.
Do they have snakes in N. Dakota?
Garter snakes, which are harmless, will probably be the most common snake. There is a prairie rattlesnake, but it seems to be pretty rare these days. I’m sure someone else, from ND, can give better info, but this is what I found online via a quick search.
Sure looks beautiful and serene. How you are enjoying the scenery.
This is too funny – It looks like you made it around the puddle.
