The Shareholders of Bell Park Gardens honor the memory of those Firefighters, Police Officers, Emergency Service Personnel and all others who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and in Pennsylvania.The lower plaque states that Bell Park Gardens was the "first all veterans mutual housing development in the United States of America".
We also appreciate the valiant and courageous efforts of all who participated and assisted in the recovery effort.
