The technical definition of a vacation

This is what happened when I tried to set up a vacation response for my old Yahoo! Mail account.

  1. Jason Eppink says:

I think you were looking for the Sabbatical response option?

  2. Mike Heavers says:

I guess you’re just gonna have to walk faster.

    • Helen says:

LMAO – now that’s HIGHlarious! Walk faster, lol

    • Gigi says:

And he did just that! Matt, you said you don’t expect to reach Oregon until the end of 2010 and look where you are now. In a just a little over four months you’re already in Washington!

  3. Aaron Suggs says:

Some free webmail services close your account after six months of inactivity. You might want to log in every few months just to keep it open.

  4. tia says:

jumping into the freezing atlantic on the first day of your trip doesn’t make me trust your wisdom for the remainder of this journey. Karla Batten just told me about have you heard of it?
Best of luck….you keep walking and we’ll keep reading. Tia

  5. Mindy says:

That is brilliant! Thank you for sharing. I believe a non-US based business would not have a message that read as such. Peace
