A walk in the woods

I'm walking across America.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out. If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania. You can read all about the details of my trip if you're so inclined.

I thought someone might ask that! It’s the handle of a plunger.
That’s what I thought it was. But I didn’t want to be presumptuous.
Matt that trail ping’ed something. (Yes I’m ticking back through your beginnings.)
That trail was once was part of the “The New York Susquehanna and Western Railroad ” and they abandoned it in 1962. 55 years ago. At one point they even carried passengers. And that included service towards the Jersey Coast. In fact they even crossed service there with what is now NJTrainsit rail road. Odd huh?
