The magazine has died a number of deaths, but there is still a photo-archive web site. I particularly recommend this section of it—http://www.life.com/archive/sexysleazy. You can vote on whether certain photos are “sexy” or “sleazy.” Although this section really rocks too—http://www.life.com/archive/wouldyourather. You get to pick which of two photographs you’d rather see. For example, a drugged tiger awaiting surgery, or a 1914 picture of the very first perm which took 7 hours.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.

If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.
You can read all about the details of my trip
if you're so inclined.

I believe the “sexy vs sleazy” feature has been an integral part of this publication since the magazine’s early days in 1936.
CHOOSE LIFE…and BINGO!
This sign means to choose not to have and abortion. Choose life , and adoption.
Oh, I get it. It’s saying to have a system where you can choose between two things, and one of the things you can choose is to have a baby. I dig it.
