Headstones up front, greenhouse in the back. Some of the display headstones have names and dates on them; is this normal?

I'm walking across America.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so. If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out. If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania. You can read all about the details of my trip if you're so inclined.

i would say that they are headstones that were ordered and never paid for?????or they made a mistake on them and refused to pay for it
You can buy your gravestone and the flowers to plant around it all at one time. One stop shopping.
from the cemetery expert…..yes, some may have not been paid for therefore, not installed….or the date or something else was incorrect and the family wanted a new one.
People paid for their gravestones but then didn’t die.
