Impact attenuators

The barrels are designed to absorb the impact of a car that's heading into the concrete wall. These barrels were empty, which is unusual. Read more!

    May not be so unusual.
    They may be filled only partially, with what looks like a false bottom.
    Usually the leading end is less filled than the trailing end.
    Then again, the may just be empty, lol
    Keep it going…….
