  1. All Dinosaurs with the last names L-S drink out of these creeks.

  2. Lori says:

    Matt, I posted a comment on your flower pic about the “Taj Mahal Rest Area” just E of Mosby. :-}

    • Barb C. says:

Lori your best bet is to e-mail Matt directly. He doesn’t get to see all of out posts. He doesn’t have time . His e-mail is on the front.

      • Jeff says:

and he does readem..when he doesn’t get 2000 in a day. I bet he would appreciate any inside information….and any friends you might have along the way……

L-S once again not my group……darn alphabet.

  3. John in Redford says:

Matt – Glad to see the comm link is back up! Here’s a question for probably more folks than just myself. Here in Michigan, mile markers are on every major roadway and I wonder if that holds true for Montana? It sure would be easier to track your progress with the assumption that your still hitting 20 t0 30 miles per day! Stay well and stay vertical. SISU

    • Glenda says:

laughing here in wyoming having driven down from montana – yes there are mile markers on all paved highways

  4. Jeff says:

John….per Matt’s email to me (about the pedometer he brought….but is not using go figure) he is now averaging about 23-24 miles a day. But maybe without civilization along the way .. he might go further. Oh well…thought I might chime in with my knowledge from the “Matt” man.

    • Marshall in RVA says:

Jeff, Is Matt using a GPS to track his mileage?

      • Jeff says:

yup. he has a gps monitor on constantly. It allows him to contact his Family with a “i’m ok” and it helps with the ploting of the pictures and red line on the maps at the top of the home page. There is more detail..on the device – if you go to the home page…look to the top right…and click on Details of my trip. Safety device in ways so if something went bad they’d know where he was. Hope that helps.

  5. Don in Tennessee says:

Is this creek for the LOONEY AND SANE?

    • Karen Too says:

Seems about right for those of us here following Matt. Funny, Don.

    • But Don, how can you be LOONEY and SANE at the same time? Is it even possible? Or do the sane become looney after drinking out of the same creek?

      • Don in Tennessee says:

        Dorinda From Mentor, Oh

I think you can be both-split personality; correct? I think I need another Yuengling or another drink from the L-S Creek. Glad it is Saturday, I really need my weekly bath!

        • Is that what I was smelling earlier Don? I guess you really do need a bath, I can smell you all the way up here! (kidding of course).
Yes, I guess you could be both if your personalities did split. But then you’d be beside yourself wouldn’t you?

    • Glenda says:

lets see if i can get this to come out right – Lis Creek (or Crik if you prefer)

  6. Jeff says:

    wwwwwoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo back to matt.

  7. Dan says:

Looks like this was named after a ranch – Brand probably “L Bar S” (spoken) or L-S (Branded). They probably owned all the water – back in the day.

  8. Starrfoxx says:

    Lemony Snicket?

  9. David says:

    L-S means Larry + Sergey
