These photos (waterfall and stream) could be in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I need to go on a hike next week and get some fresh air and hopefully cooler air.
This is probably some of the best photos for me – undisturbed land that can be enjoyed!
Love this! I can almost feel the cool waters running over my feet. Matt, do we have your permission to “borrow” your pictures for our own personal use? This one has “frame me!” written all over it.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.
You can read all about the details of my trip
if you're so inclined.
Did you stop to play in the creek? Watch out for poison ivy ….. Be Safe :)
So resfreshing to put eyes on a clear, cool American stream. Thanks Matt, walk on!!
Refreshing…
What a difference from the last 2 pics and video. This is so cute. Looks refreshing and the water is so clean. Is there a spring nearby?
are those creeks full of trout?
Nice shot.

Makes me want to go wading…. hope you found a place to approach the water and splash some around.
Me too Roxanne! I used to wade in MUDDY Alabama creeks – when I was younger – How I survived without getting snake bit – I just don’t know! :)
This pic made me smile, so cool!
