Looks a lot more successful than our miserable attempt to find the geographic center of the United States. Maybe the silly South Dakotans will one day learn to put up signs.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.

Just west of Yuma, AZ it hosts the Stairway to nowhere… at least that’s what my daughter calls it. VERY interesting people.
