Having been very fortunate to have grown up when many, if not most, of the beaches in this country (and around the world) had few, if any, structures right at oceanside, etc., I will probably never get used to the sight of personal vehicles on the beach.
Emergency ones have their place, but, to me, that’s it.
just left of the frame of the picture there are folks cheering Matt on his walk! There’s also a hot dog vendor, a bandshell with a great band playing and a farmer’s market with fresh vegetables. the sky may be gray, but everything to the left is sunny
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.
