My oldest is preparing for her career. Not college, but carnivals. Now, she’s a pixie dust spreader on the tilt-a-whirl. She figures next year, she’ll be guessin’ people’s weight or barkin’ for the yak woman.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.

She’s got these big horns growing right out above her ears. Yeah, she’s ugly as sin, but a sweet gal. And a hell of a good cook.
