Day 32

The waiting-for-the-school-bus shack

April 27th, 2010

In western PA I started seeing little enclosures built to protect kids from the elements while they wait for the bus in the morning. The shacks usually have a nice homemade feel to them, but this one was a little different.

I wondered what Ohio Bell did with all those old phone booths.

Looks like there is a comfortable shower stool/chair in there. This bus stop phone booth must make for a great shower stall, as well.

There is a phone booth in, I believe Summerville,PA (don’t quote me), that has a mannequin inside that gets dressed up by the owners for holidays and such….fun times.
