Is Bud advertising a “family” 24-pack? Enough for the kids and Gramma, too?

  2. Jason says:

Is this a self service or does someone actually come out and get you beer?

  3. tim says:

ask if they still sell Buckeye ale in the 16 ounce bottle

  4. Josh says:

Ah, the Brew-Thru. Gotta love ’em!

  5. Deron says:

I hope Barry got a “Brew-Thru” T-Shirt. He would look fabulous!

  6. Nancy Kibler says:

  7. Ann Vallery says:

we have so many of those here in Ohio, wish you would have walked through Southern Ohio, a lot of neat things down here. Good luck on your trip!

  8. Bevin says:

As Ann Vallery said, they are all over. I do wish you would have walked more South, there are quite a few interesting things and people. Good luck and be safe.

  9. sandra says:

i swore i saw you on st route 50 in hillsboro, ohio walking in april? Am I crazy or were you there?

  10. Jana says:

In Wyoming, we have drive up liquor stores. Actually they’re quite handy for the soccer Mom who wants to drive through for a pint of whiskey without having getting the punks out of the car.

  11. Stacy says:

In Texas, we have a drive -thru alcoholic slushie store! Comes in a styrofoam cup, complete with a straw for your sipping pleasure! Texas rocks! :-)

  12. David says:

We have this on Long Island too – Dairy Barn drive thrus sell beer.

  13. Julie from the Sunshine State says:

I was shocked when I moved to New Orleans and saw my first drive-through dacquiri. Well, I was only shocked for the length of time it took me to drive up and get one.

  14. Diana Lee says:

Wow – this is amazing. We have drive through liquor stores in Illinois too but this one’s quite different. What I used to love when I lived in Cali was the drive through mini-mart type stores – if you just wanted to go in your jammies and get some Entemann’s (mmmmmm) and a gallon of milk you could do that. The prices were much higher but you couldn’t beat the occasional convenience. I’ve thought about opening one here for quite some time. I think it would prevail given our weather.

  15. zebraz says:

    Waiting for drive-thru marijuana stores.

  16. Austin Emerson Lucas says:

This was also a common enough thing in Pennsylvania, up until maybe 2018 – 2019, when laws changed so you could buy beer at gas stations. Yes, that’s fairly recent. I also remember that Drew Carey joked about this kind of beer store back in 1990 or 1991, on the Johnny Carson Show, shortly before Carson retired.
