Day 115

This helps explain all the roadside Dew litter

July 19th, 2010

In case it's not clear in the photo, every option is Mountain Dew.

  1. Kris in MN says:

Geez, looks like you can’t even get Diet Dew! (Not that I can drink that foul stuff anymore.)

  2. Karen Too says:

No wonder there’s an addiction problem with this stuff.

That machine is an automated drug dealer.

  3. Gustavo in Rio, Brazil says:

$1.25 it’s not that expensive for road side machines… No wonder they are selling like water, which people should’ve been drinking…

  4. katzien in austin says:

Plenty of choices…as long as you like Dew.

  5. Julian in Tecate says:

    I have a Great stach.

  6. Candice In Alabama says:

Maybe Meth is not the problem in Montana – It’s Mountain Dew!

  7. Jeff says:

    Dew I have a choice? let’s see….hmmmm what dew I dew?

  8. Kevin from NC says:

Too funny! He looks right out of the 80’s! From the expression on his face he’s experiencing kidney failure. Apparently his only choices riding across Montana have been these biased Mt.Dew machines. Now he’s paying the price for Doin’ the Dew. Maybe he can sue? Reminds me of SNL’s cheesburga cheesburga with Pepsi as the only drink choice.

  9. Pacis says:

Dang. Worked in Mexico back in the 70s and 80s and we used to get Coke for 5 cents a 16oz bottle delivered! and Pepsi was 7 cents…..then this kid would come back the next day and pick up the empty bottles !

  10. charlie says:

yhou can ‘dew’ this or you can ‘dew’ that!

  11. peyton says:

Who knew Montana and eastern Kentucky had so much in common: addictions to meth and mt. dew!

  12. young says:

Montanans are no fools. They want to get the most caffeine bang for their buck…

    Caffeine content per can:

    Diet Mountain Dew: 55 mg
    Mountain Dew: 55 mg
    Diet Coke: 46 mg
    Diet Dr Pepper: 44 mg
    Dr Pepper: 43 mg
    Pepsi: 39 mg
    Diet Pepsi: 37 mg
    Coke: 34 mg

  13. Laurenis says:

    That guy looks EXTREMEEEE!

  14. Monkey King says:

The dude in the pic is Ned Overend. Now in his 50’s, is a member of Specialized’s R&D team. Still riding and competing. I think they call him “The Lung”.

BTW, Mountain Dew is my crack….delicious, delicious crack…..
