    I am the brother of Richard Cocheo
    He was captured during the TET
    Offensive on Jan. 31, 1968
    He was a civilian at this time.
    He had been in the Army in 1957,
    after graduating from Fort Hamilton High
    School. Thank you for posting this
    picture.
