Brigitte saw me walking through town (Simms, MT) and invited me in for lunch. I was still stuffed from my pancake breakfast, so Joe packed me up a humongous bag of food for the road.
uh oh. looks like Matt may be ‘going off the grid again for a while. there doesnt seem to be another town along route 200 until way aways in Lincoln, MT! That’s two, maybe three days walk!

That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.
