As I was walking through Bald Eagle State Forest yesterday, I came upon Nigel filling up what looked like about 50 gallon jugs with water from a natural spring.
My husband and I saw you Saturday as we were headed to Millheim! You could have stayed at our farm near Centre Hall. All organic vegetarian fare and very curious peacocks and ever-hungry horses. No lectures included! Bon voyage!
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.
You can read all about the details of my trip
if you're so inclined.
I’ve noticed that several brands of bottled spring waters list springs in Pennsylvania as the source.
Maybe it’s referring to the naturally-occurring spring water bottle seen here.
