The original sign directed visitors to the state line mark about a quarter mile East. The power plant that can be seen from the Skyway is in Indiana. The border is a straight line South about 150 miles to where the Wabash river meets Illinois.
That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.

I love seeing old, worn out signs on the sides of buildings like that. Just something about it. Very cool, glad to see someone else appreciates it
