That's the idea, at least. I'm walking westward from New York City for nine months or so.
If everything goes according to plan, I'll be in Oregon when the clock runs out.
If nothing goes according to plan, maybe I'll end up in Peru or Mongolia or Pennsylvania.
You can read all about the details of my trip
if you're so inclined.
Matt, I’m glad you are out of the Dead Zone and can post more frequently!
OH – and here’s one from me :)
The urge to make smiley faces with tar must be overwhelming at times… I can’t say I wouldn’t do the same!
They gotta do something to entertain themselves out there. Reminds me of the toy slayer in MN. Now here we have the “tar bandit” stretching from ND into MT. New slogan “Smile when driving”? It makes the day brighter? Sunshine in my sole? Happy days are here again? Oh, I gotta stop. Gotta go smile at someone today.
Say Cheese. It is always good bait when your building a mouse trap.
A smile on the road today. It is a good thing
Cheese!!! Everybody smile! : ) BIG SMILE .
It’s good to see the road worker is happy again, and leaving a little calling card for Matt, too.
Smiley faces spread good vibes. A smile just makes you want to smile too. ;-)
Remember to smile…it adds to your face value!
hmm could this be a repost of the last smiley face, did the same worker do it. We will need to investigate.
Well sure just like the toy slayer mystery that still lingers..this has the same feel to it-or should I say smile to it!?!
I am so TARRED of people running over my Ass phalt, but I just keep a smilin” – Say Chez
Jeff and Matt… I wonder IF, just if. the same persons(or company) is contracted by the states (Mont and ND) and the person(s) working for that company is making these along the way?
I’m just throwing that out there.. I like his style!
hehee where’s the TP?
You just got’a love those Happy road workers!
