According to the site Matt provided, there have already been 500,000 trees planted.
There is one of these trees in the yard here. The birds love the red berries, and don’t seem to mind the thorns.

OH!! Those trees are my favorite ever. They are extremely fast growing and hearty. I am in MT and they do awesome here.
