for most shoes on a utility wire

  1. Joisy Jeff says:

See a size 7.5 up there? So when there is a power outage..we will know why the wire came down, right?

  2. Tna says:

    So I’m curious….what is shoefiti?

  3. Dorinda from Mentor, Oh. says:

Hmmm…a thought came to mind, which can be very dangerous, but wasn’t there something similar in your walk out west? Seems to me you found a single pair up on a line. Gotta find the pic and link to it.

  4. Is this a NYC thing? Is there a reason?

  5. Leo says:

In LA it usually means a remembrance of someone who died in the vicinity or it’s a gang claiming the area as their turf. Wonder if that’s the same thing in NY.

  6. Helen in Asheville says:

I thought it meant ‘get your drugs here’

  7. Caro says:

We have a few shoes hanging on lines even in Montreal, and they always mean that you’re on a gang’s turf.
