Located on Baldwin Street in the Bronx, just north of the NYPD narcotics unit. The cars parked on the upper roadway (MacQuesten Parkway — which provides the only vehicular access to Baldwin Street), as well as all the buildings you see, are in Westchester County.

Seeing the CALL BOX I’m wondering if the old RED LIGHT is in this area, see a lot of Power Lines.
This is a 5 borough walk….be careful not to trespass into Westchester.
Any one know why the city line is so weird here. It seems to cut through building just to include a tiny space of land.
