This is a bizarre example, but there are too many private building owners (including home owners) installing halogen lights that are way too bright for the area, and installed without regard for how they might shine into other people’s windows, onto other property.
It’s a real nuisance, and another kind of urban pollution.
This is the counterpoint to my walk across the US. Instead of seeing a million places for just a minute each, I'm going to spend a million minutes exploring just one place.
